This peer-to-peer Platform is managed by Easely Srl ("the Company") with its registered office at Via Bernardo Quaranta 45, 20139 Milan (Mi), and is governed by these General Conditions of Use of the Service.
Each time you access and use the Platform, you agree to comply with these General Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Use of the Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately after their publication on the Platform. Therefore, it is advisable to regularly consult the General Conditions to be always updated on any changes.
Access to the Platform and its use are subject to conditions and limitations in accordance with applicable legislation and the provisions of these General Conditions. The use of the Platform is reserved only for adults and those who have the legal capacity to enter into legal commitments.
These General Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Company regarding the use of the Platform and replace all previous agreements and understandings, written or oral, between the user and the Company.
If any provision of these General Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted in a manner that reflects the intentions of the parties, in compliance with applicable legislation, and the remaining provisions will remain in force and continue to be binding on the parties.
The failure to enforce or delay in enforcing any provision of these General Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
This contract ("Contract") is entered into between the Company and the user registered on the Platform ("User").
The Company provides a peer-to-peer Platform (“Platform”) that allows Users to temporarily rent physical objects, provide micro services/tasks among Users within the community, and sell items as "second hand".
To access the Platform and use the services provided by the Company, the User must register on the Platform.
The User is responsible for providing accurate and updated information at the time of registration and for maintaining such information during the use of the Platform.
Before the publication of rental ads on the Platform, the ads themselves will be subject to verification by the Company to ensure compliance with current regulations and the Terms and Conditions of the Platform.
The Platform provides Users with a rating and review system to allow those renting or using micro services to assess the quality of the service received and/or the good rented.
The Company will charge a fee on the services provided on the Platform, as specified below for temporary rental of physical objects, provision of micro services/tasks between peers, and sale of goods (second hand).
The User who rents an object or receives a service/task is responsible for making the payment to the User providing the object or the service/task. Payments must be made only through the Platform, using the payment methods accepted by the Company.
Users can request the cancellation of their account at any time by contacting the Company's customer service.
Users who rent physical objects through the Platform are required to take the utmost care to ensure that the rented goods are returned in good condition. Users must use the rented items only for the purpose for which they were rented, keeping them safe and not exposing them to any risk of damage, theft, or loss.
The Company is not responsible for any damages that may arise during the rental period and/or during the provision of services.
Users of Easely commit not to upload, share, or distribute content that may be considered inappropriate, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise not in accordance with ethical and respectful standards of behavior.
In case of disputes between Users on the Platform, the Company reserves the right to act as a mediator. Users agree to cooperate with the Company to resolve disputes in a fair and reasonable manner.
This contract is governed by the laws of Italy, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Milan.
The Company reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Service at any time without notice and at its discretion. However, such changes will not affect transactions already concluded before the change.
We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable law and Apple's App Store Guidelines. By using our Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Platform collects data to enable not only its functionality but also to enhance user experience. Data collected includes, but is not limited to, personal identifiers, location information, and usage data. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
Users have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data provided to the Platform. Users are responsible for the content they create and share on the Platform and must ensure that such content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions.
Content uploaded by users should not infringe on intellectual property rights, spread misinformation, or contain harmful or illegal material. The Platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or the terms of service.
The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, the services, or this agreement.
Any disputes arising under these terms will be governed by the laws of Italy, and exclusive jurisdiction resides in the courts of Milan.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes and encouraged to review the updated terms.
