What can I share and exchange on Easely?

Easely is a platform for all sorts of items. Whether it's electronics, books, clothing, or tools, you can list them as long as they comply with legal standards. The platform does not restrict the variety of categories, giving you the freedom to exchange almost anything you own.

What do I need to rent, sell or purchase on Easely?

To engage in transactions on Easely, you need to be at least 18 years old. This ensures that all parties are legally able to enter into a contract. Once you've confirmed you meet this requirement, you can start selling or purchasing right away.

How does the product exchange work on Easely?

After you find an item you're interested in and complete the booking, Easely automatically opens up a chat between you and the item's lister. This private chat space is where you both can discuss and agree on a time and place to meet for the exchange, ensuring a smooth and personal transaction.

Am I able to upload multiple listings?

Absolutely! Easely allows you to upload multiple listings across different categories. Whether you're looking to sell items outright or put them up for rent, the platform supports multiple listings, making it convenient to manage all your available items.

How do I upload a product on Easely?

To upload a product on Easely, simply hit the plus ('+') sign located at the center of the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. This initiates a straightforward three-step process to create your listing.

  1. Start by clearly titling your item. This ensures that the AI can generate a relevant description. After entering the title and pressing 'next,' you'll see a pop-up where you can choose to sell, rent, or do both. Proceed with your selection to continue the listing process
  2. After that, upload a video for a dynamic display of your product—you can either upload existing media or create new content live
  3. Upload a picture to add further details to your listing
Our system will generate a draft listing with suggested text and pricing through AI, so we recommend you review and adjust as needed. Now select a location for pickup and your listing is ready to go live.

How does buying or renting work?

If you're interested in an item, simply go to the listing page. To rent, pick your desired dates and click the 'rent' button. If you're looking to buy, select the listed purchase price and click 'buy'. This will take you to the checkout screen, where you can choose your payment method and complete the transaction. Once your booking is made, send a message to the lister to coordinate the exchange details once they accept your request.

What if I have questions before making a booking?

If you need more information before committing to a booking, just click on the 'Open chat' button located beneath the lister’s name on the listing page. This action will open a pop-up window where you can send your inquiry. You can find all your messages later in the inbox section.

How can I edit my listing?

To edit your listing, simply access your profile through the bottom menu. Here, you’ll be able to view all your listings. Select the one you want to edit, then click on the 'edit' button. Make your changes and remember to save them before exiting.

How do I change my payment information?

Updating your payment details is straightforward. Go to your profile via the bottom menu and click on the settings icon in the upper right corner. From there, choose 'payments' and you’ll be able to add or edit your payment information.

How do I update the app?

You can update the app through the App Store / Play Store on your device. If an update is available, you will see an "Update" button next to the app listing.
